大規模言語モデルの性能向上が大きな話題となっている．その際個々の問題の個別の対策は現状では追いつかない状況があると思われる．そこで，この様々な影響を概観してから，個別の対策を超えた制度設計的な視点における対策を考える．そしてもしこの影響を心配するのをやめて受け入れるようになるべきだとすれば，どのような理由が考えられるか，現時点の論点を整理する． |

Radical improvements of the performance of large-scale language models has become a hot topic. At that time, there is a situation where various measures for various side effect to the society cannot keep up with the current situation. Therefore, after surveying these various impacts, we will consider countermeasures from the viewpoint of institutional design that goes beyond individual countermeasures. And arrange the points of discussions on how we should stop worrying about this various effect and start accepting it. |
