| 内容記述 | 2022 年 6 月時点で，1300 に迫る自治体においてオープンデータの取り組みに着手済となっている．オープンデータの取り組み自体は全国に浸透している一方で，オープンデータとして公開するデータについては，自治体間で相違がある．さらに，オープンデータの更新頻度にも相違がある．なかでも，リアルタイムに更新を行っている自治体は，内閣官房情報通信技術 (IT) 総合戦略室が 2020 年に実施した「地方公共団体へのオープンデータの取組に関するアンケート」の結果を見ると，16 団体しか存在していない．公開されるデータの性質によるところがあるものの，最新のデータを公開することは重要であり，なかにはリアルタイムの更新が求められるデータも存在する．しかし，実際にリアルタイムでの更新を行う自治体はオープンデータ取組自治体の中では数が極めて少ない．本研究では，リアルタイムでオープンデータの更新を行っている自治体について事例研究を行い，オープンデータの取り組みに関する現状と課題を論じる． | |||||||

| 内容記述 | As of June 2022, close to 1,300 municipalities have already started open data initiatives. While the open data initiative itself has spread throughout Japan, there are differences between local governments regarding the data to be released as open data. Furthermore, there are differences in the update frequency of open data. In particular, according to the results of the "Questionnaire on Open Data Initiatives for Local Governments" conducted by the Cabinet Secretariat's Information and Communication Technology (IT) Comprehensive Strategy Office in 2020, 16 municipalities are updating in real time. Although it depends on the nature of the data to be published, it is important to publish the latest data, and some data requires real-time updating. However, the number of municipalities that actually update in real time is extremely small. In this research, we will conduct a case study on a local government that updates open data in real time, and discuss the current situation and issues related to open data initiatives. | |||||||
