• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 私たちは上司から「考えて仕事をしろ」とよく言われています。「回りの人たちとよく相談してしごとをやれ」とも言われています。しかし、いちいちこんなことをしていたのでは時間が掛かり過ぎると思っている人が沢山います。また、どう考えればいいのか、どのように相談すればいいのかを、だれも教えてくれません。S?MAPはこのような状況に対処するために、職場の中で、職場の問題を解決するための手法として開発されたものです。S?MAPは私たちが普段何気なく行っている思考行動を抽出し、S?MAP話法、S?MAP書法として体系化したものです。抽出した手法は目新しく感じないかも分かりませんが、大脳生理に叶っています。これはS?MAPの普及に大きな働きをしています。S?MAPは開発以来6年間、実践教育をとおしてレベルアップされ続けてきたものです。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: While we has been often told to do work intellectually or to need thoughtful consulting with colleagues, many people think it is too time consuming to practice the processes. Nobody tell you neither how to work out in such a way nor how to consult with other people. In these circumstances, S-MAP can play a vital role to solve a wide variety of problems encountered in our office work. S-MAP is a systematic method of the discussion and writing in a session of problem solving by a group of people. The methods have been extracted from intellectual thinking patterns done unintentionally in daily work. Although some of them are known, the whole system is reasonable from the viewpoint of cerebrophysiology. Various methods in S-MAP have been refined through our practice in corporate education programs for last six years.
