| 内容記述 | 最近，イントラネットの劇的な普及によりWeb連携による情報共有が主流になってきた。しかし，コピーや回覧の代替としての利用が多く，速く便利にはなったが活用のレベルは決して高いとは言えない状況にある。本稿では，組織と市場との相互作用と人の関わりに着目して，ナレッジの源泉である情報および価値創造の主体であるヒトの類型化を試み，イントラネットを梃子にしたナレッジ活用の仕組みについて人間系の視点を中心に考察する。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | Recently, Web browser is becoming a mainstream of information sharing tools through the dramatic deffusion of the Internet. The replication and delivery of information have become fast and easy, but the utilization is still kept low level. In this paper, we intend to classify the types of both information and users in the view of market and human interactions, and to discuss the mechanism for high utilization of knowledge through intranet from the viewpoint of human mentality. | |||||||
