• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 定年を迎えた高齢者が地方に移住する傾向が見られ，地方行政は高齢者を人口減少の対策として誘致している．しかし，高齢者の増加による行政サービスの負荷増大も懸念されており，高齢者の自立的な生活維持が課題となってくる．そこで私たちは，近所で助け合うコミュニティを活性化するために「声かけ」を ICT で仮想化したシステムを提案する．ICT で仮想化するにあたり，自宅との距離に応じたグループ「近所」の定義を試みた．そして「近所コミュニティ」の構成要素を抽出し，自分を中心とした近所グループのみとやり取りが可能な環境でのメッセージのやり取りを実施した．そこで「自分の発言は自分の近所全員に届く」という，このシステムの第一ポリシーの課題を抽出する実験を実施した．この実験の結果から，更にコミュニティ強化が望める定義や新たな概念の検討を進める．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: There is a trend for older people to move to the local area after retirement, and local governments are trying to attract older people as a way to reduce the number of people living in the area. However, there are concerns that the increase in the number of older people will lead to an increase in the burden on the government's services, making it difficult for older people to maintain their own lifestyle. In this paper, we propose an ICT-based virtualization system to activate a community of neighbors to help each other. The components of the "neighborhood community" were extracted, and messages were exchanged in an environment where communication was possible only with the neighborhood group centered on the self. Then, we conducted an experiment to extract the first policy issue of this system, which is "Functions reach all the people in my neighborhood". Based on the results of this experiment, we will continue to study the definition and new concepts that can further strengthen the community.
