• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Design Gaia subtitled “The New Land of VLSI Design” is a workshop that comprehensively deals with VLSI design, technology. It is held every year for 25 years from 1997 to 2021. In this paper, we performed text mining on the titles of research articles published in the Design GAIA from 1997 to 2020, which was held for the 24th time, and analyzed the transition of VLSI design technology trends.
