• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 定年を迎えた高齢者が地方に移住する傾向が見られ，地方行政は高齢者を人口減少の対策として誘致している．しかし，高齢者の増加による行政サービスの負荷増大も懸念されており，高齢者の自立的な生活維持が課題となってくる．そこで私たちは，近所で助け合うコミュニティを活性化するために「声かけ」を ICT で仮想化したシステムを提案する．ICT で仮想化するにあたり，自宅との距離に応じたグループ「近所」の定義を試みた．そして「近所コミュニティ」の構成要素を抽出し，実際の環境と相対的な条件の下でコミュニティ強化に繋がる「近所」グループの形成方法について検討する実験を実施した．この実験の結果から，更にコミュニティ強化が望める定義や新たな概念の検討を進める．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Older people who have reached retirement age tend to migrate to rural areas, and local governments are trying to attract them as a countermeasure against population decline. However, the increase in the number of elderly people also increases the burden of administrative services, and it becomes an issue to maintain the independent life of elderly people. We propose an ICT-based virtualized "call out" system to revitalize communities that help each other in their neighborhoods. We then conducted an experiment to extract the components of a "neighborhood community" and examine how to form a "neighborhood" group that leads to a stronger community under conditions relative to the real environment. The results of this experiment will be used to further explore definitions and new concepts that have the potential to strengthen communities.
