| 内容記述 | 最近のインターネット環境の充実により、電力・電話を代表とする公共企業体では、都市情報基盤整備の一環として空間情報提供システム(II)の実現が求められている。これに対して、既に画像ベースのSIISが発表されているが、要素別のハイパー検索ができないことや、Web端末から修正が十分行えないこと、及び各種Web端末に最適な情報提供ができない等の問題があった。これらの問題を解決するため本研究では、WWWサーバにORDBMS（オブジェクト関係型データベース管理システム）を連携させ、各種Web端末に適合した空間情報を能動的に提供可能な新しい空間情報提供方式を提案する。さらに、この方式に基づくVRML型3次元仮想空間生成システムの実装例を示し、その有効性について述べる。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | Recently, utility enterprise companies such as electric powers and phones have required SIIS(Spatial Information Infrastructure Systems) which can provide spatial information such as geographical maps and facility drawings via internet, to cope with development of internet system technology. However, former systems can't conquer following problems, unable to navigate hyper-links, heavy process of data modification, and redundant distributions of spatial information. To resolve these problems, we propose active retrieval mechanisms which can properly distribute spatial information, depending on properties of web clients, by connecting between ORDBMS (Object Relational Database Management Systems) and WWW server. Moreover, we implemented a VRML three dimensional map generation system using our proposed mechanism. | |||||||
