• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本研究は，地域における学術資料の調査・整理の過程について検証し，現状及び課題を整理した上で，従来とは異なる“逐次公開”という新しい手法・枠組みについて提案し，その意義や課題について考察するものである．“逐次公開”とは，調査・整理過程で生成された情報を，その進捗状況にしたがって順次公開していく仕組みである．オープンサイエンスの観点からみると，本手法によって調査・整理の初期段階から資料の存在が肯定され情報が共有されることで研究の根拠が明確となり，その過程が可視化されることで，生成されるデータに対する質・信頼性が評価され，第三者による検証が可能になるという意義がある．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: This study examines the process of investigation and organization of academic materials in the region, arranges the current situation and issues, proposes a new method and framework called “Successive Disclosure”, and discusses its significance and issues. “Successive Disclosure” is a method that sequentially releases information generated in the investigation and organization process according to the progress. From the perspective of open science, significance of “Successive Disclosure” is as follows. The first, the existence of the materials is publicly affirmed from the initial stage of investigation and organization, so the ground of the research becomes clear. And the second, the generation process of investigation and organization data is visualized, so the quality and reliability of the investigation and organization data are evaluated.
