• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: IT システム ・サービスに関する業務委託において，情報セキュリティに係る責任範囲が明確にされないままシステム構築等が進められることがある．2018 年 11 月に独立行政法人情報処理推進機構が実施した 「IT サプライチェーンにおける情報セキュリティの責任範囲に関する調査」 では，責任範囲を明確にするために有効な施策として 「契約書雛形の見直し」 が最も多い回答となった．しかし，契約書雛形の見直しは手続きの煩雑さ等から容易ではないという意見も得られた．2020 年 4 月に施行される民法は，契約に関連した改正がされており，自社の契約書雛形や契約内容の見直しの機会と考えられる．このような背景を踏まえて，2019 年 8 月に民法改正への対応状況について調査を行った．本研究では，契約書雛形の見直しの課題について問題提起するとともに，実際の対応の進み度合い，実施体制等の分析を行った．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In the outsourcing of IT systems and services, systems are being constructed without clarifying the responsibilities for information security. In November 2018, IPA conducted a “Survey on the responsibilities of information security in the IT supply chain”. As a result, “Review of contract template” was selected as an effective measure to clarify the scope of responsibility. However, there was an opinion that “reviewing the contract template” is not easy due to the complexity of the procedure. The Civil Code, which will be enforced in April 2020, has been revised in connection with contracts. This is an opportunity to review the company's contract template and contract details. Based on such background, IPA conducted a survey on the status of responses to civil law revisions in August 2019. In this study, we raised the problem of reviewing the contract template and analyzed the progress of the actual response and the implementation system.
