• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 大学をはじめとした多くの教育機関が Project Based Learning (PBL) を導入している．文部科学省事業の教育プロジェクト 「成長分野を支える情報技術人材の育成拠点の形成 (enPiT) 」 でも，高度 IT 人材を育成する目的として PBL が導入されている．PBL では学習者が主体的に課題解決に取り組むことから，知識や技術といった能力だけではなく，主体性やコミュニケーション能力といったコンピテンシー (行動特性) の育成も期待されている．enPiT では，コンピテンシーを測定 ・評価するために PROG テストを導入している．PROG テストのようなコンピテンシーの評価手法が開発されている一方で，従来の評価手法は学習者への負担や導入コストが高いことから具体的な育成要因の分析に課題がある．そこで筆者らは，学習者が作成する振り返り型の週報にテキストマイニングを活用することで課題解決を試みた．本稿では，振り返り型の週報をテキストマイニングで分析することでコンピテンシーの評価手法を提案し，従来の評価手法との組み合わせによる効果検証について報告する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Many educational institutions including universities have introduced Project Based Learning (PBL). In the education project “Formation of training centers for IT human resources supporting growth fields (enPiT)” of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, PBL has been introduced for the purpose of IT professional development. In PBL, not only the ability such as knowledge and technology but also the development of competency (behavioral characteristic) such as independence and communication ability are expected, because the learner tackles the problem solving independently. In enPiT, PROG test is introduced to measure and evaluate competency. Competency evaluation methods such as PROG test has been developed. On the other hand the previous evaluation method have some problem in the analysis of the concrete rearing factor, because the burden to the learner and high introduction cost. Then, we tried to solve the problem by utilizing the text mining for the retrospective weekly reports written by the learner. In this paper, we propose the evaluation method of competency by analyzing a retrospective weekly reports by text mining, and report the effect verification by combining with the previous evaluation method.
