• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 企業内イントラネットでのグループウェアはワークフローシステム、情報共有DB、Webなどを基盤にして普及しつつある。利用者を一般市民まで広げた場合、パソコン通信、WWWを用いた草の根的コミュニケーションが行われており、通信ネットワーク内でのコミュニティ化は現実の動きとなっている。これらのコミュニティコミュニケーション活動が災害時に活躍できる仕組みをアクティブな掲示板機能とワークフローとの連携をベースに提案する。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Groupware using the Intranet within a corporation, those include workflow, data base and web systems, is becoming popular. In fact, grass-roots communications among citizen are performed by using the personal computer network and the world wide web. Community in communication network are really formalized. An active bulletin board linking to a workflow system are proposed in order to play an important role on community communications during a disater.
