プログラミング教育の重要性の高まりから，小 ・中 ・高等学校を通じてプログラミング教育を充実することとし，2020 年度から小学校においてもプログラミング教育を導入することとなった．本研究では，来年度に迫っている小学校のプログラミング教育について，小学校教員に Scratch を教える研修会を通して明らかになったプログラミング教育における小学校教員の地方の実情と問題点を報告する．調査は，事前に決めたチェック項目に基づいて Scratch 演習中にチェックする方法と，研修終了後に行ったアンケートの 2 つの方法で行った．この結果，「教材と指導案の関連付け」 及び 「研修などのプログラミング教育を学ぶ機会」 が重要であることが確認できた． |

In recent years, there has been greater recognition of the importance of developing computational thinking through engagement in programming. Against this background, programming education will become a mandatory subject in Japan's elementary schools from April 2020. In this study, we report about the current situation of regional elementary school teachers in programming education. This research was conducted in two ways: One is to check, according to our checklist prepared in advance, how elementary school teachers create their code by using Scratch. The other is by a questionnaire conducted after the Scratch exercise. This research made it more clear that the teachers have few opportunities to learn about programming education and that it is significant to provide teaching material such as Scratch codes together with their teaching plans. |
