• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: AI （人工知能） を利用したシステム需要の増大が予測される中でアジャイル開発への期待ますます大きくなっている．その中で，アジャイル開発を推進するためには開発現場が法制度を遵守し安心 ・安全にアジャイル開発をできるような組織的な支援が望まれる．NTT では，アジャイル開発に関係する法制度を遵守した運用面の課題を整理し，準委任契約 （改正前民法） をベースにした契約制度設計を行った．また，準委任契約によるアジャイル開発トライアルを実施し，アジリティを損なわず運用されたことを確認した．一方で，法制度遵守と運用のアジリティの限界と課題も浮き彫りになり，アジャイル開発を想定した法制度の整備が望まれる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: While the demand for systems using AI (Artificial Intelligence) is expected to grow, organizational support for promoting agile software development is desired so that agile development is carried out safely in legal aspects. At NTT Laboratories, we organized the operational issues in the case of complying with the legal system related to agile development, and promote a delegation agreement system based on current civil law. We also conducted agile software development trials with a delegation agreement and confirmed that it was operated without loss of agility. At the same time, the agility limits and issues of legal system compliance and operation are also highlighted, and it is desirable to maintenance and adjust a legal system for agile development
