• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 近時，学会に投稿される知的成果は電子的に公開されるペーパレス形式により刊行されているケースが増えている．しかし，学会が破産した際，これらの知的成果の継承がどのように行われ，知的成果の公開がどのように維持されうるかについては，学会によって扱いが異なる．本論では学会の破産処理における知的成果の継承のあり方について検討する．

But bankruptcy of academies, including these assistance systems cause obstruction to accession of intellectual fruits. This paper discusses a course of action on sustainability of cerebral results on insolvency procedures of academic societies.
