実社会に直結した専門学校教育という目的を完遂するため、授業の課題として作品については、 就職活動のポートフォリオとしての活用やウェブなどでの公開を促進すべきであるが、一方で著作権侵害などのトラブルが発生する可能性が増大する。そうした事態を回避するため、作品制作の際の著作権ガイドラインを策定し、そのガイドラインに基づいた著作権教育を実施することが必要である。最近は大抵の教育機関において著作権教育のカリキュラムを有している。しかし学生の作品制作に特化した著作権教育は一般的な著作権と異なる特質を有すると考える。そこで専門学校教育の過程における学生の作品制作に特化した著作権教育のあり方を研究する。 |

In order to accomplish the purpose of vocational education directly linked to society, it is necessary to promote the use of student’s works that were made in a lesson as a portfolio of job hunting activities. And it is desirable to publish the student's works on the web, too. On the other hand, if students will do these things, the risk about infringement of third parties copyrights is increased. For that reason, it is necessary to establish the guideline for student about making a work in a lesson, and to do a lesson about copyright based on the guideline established.Nowadays, most school has the curriculum of copyright education. But we assume copyright education related with student’s making a work has the different features from the general education of copyright. So, we investigate the way of copyright education related with student’s making a work in the process of vocational education. |
