• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: いじめにおいて，傍観者はいじめを止めたいという道徳観を持ちながらも，いじめに巻きこまれる懸念や気恥ずかしさといった理由から，積極的に仲裁を行わないという問題がある．そこで，チャットグループ内の一人の傍観者を装ってチャットボットが仲裁する発言を代替し，装われた傍観者に半強制的に仲裁を行わせる手法を提案する．これにより，仲裁を装われた傍観者に仲裁者としての自らの役割を半強制的に自覚させる効果が期待される．この効果を検証するため，被害者に協力する仲裁行動，被害者を攻撃する加担行動の両方を被験者が自由に取ることができるシステムを作成し実験を行った．提案手法により被験者の仲裁行動が増加し，加担行動が抑制する様子が観察された．このことから，チャットボットが仲裁を装うことで被験者に仲裁をする役目を自覚させ，いじめを縮退させる行動へ誘導できると考えられる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In bullying, there is a problem that bystander, while having a moral sense to stop bullying, does not actively mediate bullying because of fear or embarrassment of involvement in bullying. We propose a method to make the bystander semiforcibly mediate bullying by a chatbot disgusing as a bystander's message in a chat group. This aims for bystanders, who are disguised as arbitrators by the chatbot to be aware of their role and take actions as arbitrators. In order to evaluate the method, we implemented an experimental system in which the subject can freely participate in both arbitration activities that cooperate with the victim and complicit activities that attack the victim. From the results, it is observed that the proposed method can induce the subject to act as an arbitrator or to cease complicity, which means that the chatbot make subject act as the role of arbitrator by pretending to be an arbitrator.
