| 内容記述 | 近年，製造業や IT 業界をはじめとするプロジェクト活動において，未然活動につながるプロジェクトの振り返りの重要性が認知されつつある．振り返りのフレームワークとして Keep，Problem，Try (KPT) の分類で所見を挙げる KPT が知られている．本発表では，プロジェクト活動の振り返りを KPT で実施し，得られた KPT 所見に対して，根本原因分析手法の一つである 4M 要因分類と計量テキスト分析ツールを併用して分析する．それらをテキストマイニングし，振り返りの所見の定量化とその知見を得る． | |||||||

| 内容記述 | In recent years, prevention activities has been conducted for projects undertaken in the manufacturing and IT industries. It is especially important to subject the project activities to a reflective process. The framework for this reflective process involves the strategy of Keep, Problem, Try (KPT). In this report, we analyze the KPT views obtained from applying the KPT strategy to reflective project activities. 4M factor was employed as one of our analysis methods in conjunction with quantitative content analysis. Text mining of the KPT views was conducted to quantify the views from the reflective process for further insight. | |||||||
