• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本稿は，バスを中心とした街づくり「オムニバスタウン構想」の実施が始まった盛岡市において、国からの補助金が交付されているプロジェクト期間中に行なわれる種々の施策のうち、バス停での情報提供に関する部分の詳細化の提案を行なうものである。2000年2月1日に国からオムニバスタウンの指定を受けた盛岡市は、現在、申請が通った種々の施策について実施の詳細化に関する議論を進めている。盛岡市のバス停での情報提供では、「冬期のバス待ち時の寒さ」と「わかりにくさ」を考慮したバス停の機能強化が重要である。本稿では静岡県浜松市の遠州鉄道「聖隷三方原病院」バス停の機能に、インターネット端末設置による動的かつ対話的なバス情報の提供を付加する。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: This paper proposes a detail idea of implementing information provision at a bus stop among 'Omnibus Town project'. The project has been started in Morioka city since last February. It aims to realize a town where bus is mainly used in order to make a man moved from one place to another in the city. Corresponding officials in the city proceed to embody the proposed plan in more detail. For information provision at a bus stop in the city, it is important to take into account 'coldness while waiting for a bus in winter season' and 'complexity in the bus topology.' We adopts a system of 'Seirei-Mikatabara-Byouin' bus stop in Hamamatsu city, Shizuoka Prefecture, into our basical approach, and add the functionality of dynamical and interactive information provision by setting internet terminal to some bus stops.
