• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本研究では、主成分分析と重回帰分析によるオフィス空間画像における主観的解釈（形容詞）の推定法と提案した。この手法で、個人差はあるがおよそ80％の正答率を得ることができた。また、ユーザによって同じ画像の解釈が異なること、また、対象あるいはカテゴリーによって、解釈が変化することを示した。よって、画像におけるユーザの解釈を理解するアルゴリズムとして、任意の画像を、まず、自動的に対象カテゴリーに分類し、そして、そのカテゴリー内の主観的解釈を推定する平均あるいは個人モデルにより、形容詞のインデックスを自動的に張る仕組みを提案した。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: We show a context-based indexing method that: (1) a key image is selected, (2) the image is categorized into a category which has a model of the relationship by the image categorizing method, and (3) adjectives are estimated by an adjective-text indexing method. The context-based method is based on the concept that the relationship between images and adjectives changes due to not only individual experience but also image categories because interpretation for an adjective varies in individual experience and image categories. However, visual functions seem less varied. So, we hypothesize that parameters for the visual functions such as color, direction and frequent pattern can be fixed while the relationship between adjectives and images is not fixed.
