• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 2018年 12月，欧州委員会は ｢信頼できる AI のための倫理ガイドラインドラフト (Draft Ethics guidelines for trustworthy AI) 」 を公開した．本報告書はデジタルシングルマーケット戦略の一環として，欧州における AI 活用を促進することで欧州の市場を活性化することを目的としている．その後，このドラフトはパブリックコメントに かけられ，2019年 4月，市民からのフィードバックをもとにした倫理ガイドライン （ ｢信頼できるAIのための倫理ガイドライン (Ethics guidelines for trustworthy AI ) ｣ ) が策定された．本稿では，ガイドラインドラフトについて，従来の考え方からどのような変化があるかについて特に分析する．その上で，今後の望ましい社会と AI の関わり方について議論する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In December 2018, the European Commission released the "Draft Ethics Guidelines for Reliable AI (Draft Ethics Guidelines for trustworthy AI)". As part of its digital single market strategy, this report aims to stimulate the European market by promoting the use of AI in Europe. The draft was then publicly commented, and in April 2019, ethical guidelines were developed based on public feedback. In this paper, we particularly analyze how the draft guidelines have changed from the conventional way of thinking. We will then discuss the desirable relationship between AI and society in the future.
