インターネットユーザは常にウィルス感染や不正アクセスといった脅威に晒されている．また，スマートフォンでのインターネット利用率が高まり，スマートフォンを狙う脅威が急増している．こうした状況下で，ユーザが脅威に気づいていないことへの危険性が指摘されており，危険へのアウェアネスが重要視されている．これまで，ユーザに不快感を与えることで危険を気づかせる不快なインタフェースについて，コンピュータ利用時を対象とした研究を行ってきた．さらに，スマートフォン利用時にもユーザが危険に晒されていることから，スマートフォン利用時の不快感について調査し，5つの不快要因を抽出した．本稿では，スマートフォンのWebブラウザで危険なWebサイトへ移動しようとした際に，各不快要因を用いてユーザに不快感を与え，安全ではないサイトへの気づきと回避行動を促すことを目的とした警告インタフェースのプロトタイプを実装した． |

Internet users are constantly exposed to threats such as computer viruses and unauthorized access. In addition, the Internet usage rate on smartphones is increasing, and threats targeting smartphones are rapidly increasing. Under these circumstances, it has been pointed out that users are not aware of threats, and awareness of the dangers is emphasized. We have studied user interfaces causing discomfort to users to make them aware of the security risks when using their PC. Moreover, we have investigated discomfort while using smartphones, and extracted five discomfort factors. In this paper, we implemented a prototype of the alert interface during web browsing on a smartphone by using five discomfort factors. |
