| 内容記述 | 本稿では地方自治体の職員が日常業務で活用することを目的に開発した簡易型GISについて述べている．本システムは文房具感覚で簡単に利用できることを目指したことから文房具GISと名付けられている．このGISがベースとしているのは，時空間情報管理システム：STIMSであり，地物の生成消滅を時間軸で管理できるという特徴を有している．このため，自治体の合併などで過去の統計データが現在の市町村区分と一致しなくなった場合にも，過去の地図データ上にそれらの統計データを表示できるという特徴を有している．本稿では，この文房具GISの概要と，実装について述べる． | |||||||

| 内容記述 | This paper describes a simple GIS application developed for local government daily use. This system is named stationery GIS because the aim of this development was for simple use as stationery. This system was developed based on a spatio-temporal information system named STIMS which can manage duration of geographic entities by time axis. Then, even when a statistical data disagree with local government partition, this system can display the statistical information on the old map which agree with the statistical data. This paper describes the abstract feature of the stationery GIS and its implementation. | |||||||
