現在，某国立の教育機関などではパソコン実習室毎に使用人数や PC の使用状況等の年間報告が義務付けられている．パソコン実習室毎の PC の使用時間を含む使用状況等の年間実績報告書を作成する際，IT を有効活用し自動化していないため，パソコン実習室等を一括管理している PC 管理者 (以下 PC 教室統括管理者と呼ぶ) が最終的に手作業で集計し，実績報告書を作成している．このため PC 教室統括管理者の負担は大きいため，PC の使用状況報告書を自動的に作成したり，PC の稼働状況を正確にリアルタイムで監視したり，無駄なソフトウェアなどを発見できるシステムが強く望まれている．無駄なソフトウェアの発見手法として，既にパソコンにインストールされているソフトウェアの種類毎に使用状況等も詳細分析できれば実際使用頻度の低いソフトウェアを発見できるため無駄なソフトウェア等の削減に繋がる．そこで，我々が提案してきたスマートタップとマットセンサを用いた PC 管理システムに PC 使用時間内で使用した各種ソフトウェアの詳細内訳を自動で行えるようにすることで，ソフトウェアの使用状況を詳細に把握し，各種ソフトウェアのなかで稼働頻度の低いソフトウェアの発見を誰でも行えるシステムを提案する． |

The educational institution of our country is manual labor to report the use situation of the PC a year. When I make annual results reports such as the use situation including the use time for PC every PC training classroom, Because I utilize IT effectively and do not automate it, PC manager managing the PC training classrooms collectively finally adds it up by manual labor. Therefore the burden on PC classroom unification manager is big. Therefore, I make the use situation report of the PC automatically and watch the operation situation of the PC exactly in real time and The system which can discover useless software is strongly expected Therefore a smart tap and PC system of administration using the mat sensor that we suggested In that I can automatically perform a detailed breakdown of various software which I used in PC use time, I grasp the use situation of the software in detail, I suggest the system that anyone can perform discovery of software showing infrequent operation in various software. |
