• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: Autoencoder は，次元の削減だけでなく，再構成性を利用した生成モデルとしての使い方がある．本研究では，生成モデルとしての Autoencoder を用いて異常値検出を行う．通常の教師なし異常値検出器は正常値のみを与えて正常値を生成するモデルを生成する．一方で，提案手法では Autoencoder に正常値と異常値の両方を与えて教師なし学習させる．このとき，正常値は再構成できるように，異常値は再構成できないように学習を行う．これにより，異常な入力に対しては再構成誤差が大きくなり異常値として検出できる．本稿では手書き数字画像に対する検証実験の報告を行う．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Usages of autoencoders (AEs) are not only a dimension reducer, but a generative model using reconstruction. AEs are used as the generative model in this work and applied to an abnormal detection. In usual abnormal detectors without label data, they require normal value to generate a model which generates normal values. By contrast, oru AE as abnormal detector requires both of normal and abnormal data to generate a model. The proposed AE reconstructs a normal input regularly and an abnormal input irregularly. By proposed methods, reconstruction errors by abnormal input are increased and it is easy to detect as abnormal input. This paper reports experiments about an abnormal detection with MNIST dataset by the proposed AE.
