• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: Current meetings support systems are either complicated and inflexible, or concentrate on post-meeting analysis. Many participants therefore continue to use traditional paper and white board during meetings instead of IT-based support. To address this problem we are developing a tablet-based system that supports both individual and collaborative activity (private spaces for notes and personal research, and an interactive shared space for presenting results), traceability of contributions (ownership of comments and ideas), and non-invasive meeting management tools (written comments, requests for verbal comment, members’ participation scores, etc.). The system is simple to use, and provides value both during and after a meeting.
