• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 広域災害時，地域の復興拠点としての避難所は住民の自主運営に任されている． しかし，災害後のコミュニティ形成の難しさから，運営がうまく立ち行かない課題が発生している．近年では発災直後も迅速かつ安定的に電子的な情報サービスが利用できるようになり， これを通じたコミュニティ支援の可能性が検討されている．中でも名簿作成に代表される避難者の情報収集活動は，会話による自己開示を通じ，避難者間の信頼関係構築のきっかけになると考えられる．一方，災害時の避難者の年齢層は幅広く，電子的な情報サービスを扱ううえで，ユーザ間の情報機器を扱う能力の差に起因する情報格差が存在する．本研究では，そのような情報弱者となる避難者の情報収集を他の避難者が援助することでコミュニティ形成のきっかけを提供する，新しい情報収集の手法を提案する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In the case of wide area disasters, evacuation shelters as reconstruction bases are left to the voluntary operation by local residents. However, due to the dfficulty of forming a well-integrated community in a disaster, the operation of evacuation shelters often does not go well. In recent years, the possibility of community support by information services are being studied because of the quick and stable usage of them even immediately after the disaster. Especially, information gathering activities such as making evacuees roster can be a clue to form the foundation of human relationship building through self-disclosure in dialogue. However, the age range of evacuees in disasters is so wide, that there is a digital divide among users in handling information services. In this research, we propose a new information gathering method that provides a cue for community formation by assisting other evacuees to collect information on those who cannot use mobile devices.
