• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 対話システムがユーザとよりスムーズに対話するためには，ユーザ発話中の情報のみを理解するだけでなく，発話から言外に伝わる様々な情報 （言外の情報） も理解することが重要である．本稿では，対話システムが理解すべき言外の情報を調査するために，収集された言外の情報を類型化し，分析を行った結果について報告する．具体的には，雑談対話，および，タスク指向型対話における各発話に対して記述された言外の情報を，複数の作業者グループが独立にグループ分けし，それらをまとめることで言外の情報の類型を作成した．ここでは，作成した類型の評価，および，雑談対話とタスク指向型対話における言外の情報の違い，従来の対話理論との対応などについて考察する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Understanding implicit information from user utterances is an important task for dialogue systems. To obtain a better view of implicit information in dialogue systems, this paper proposes to construct a taxonomy of implicit information. We first collected a large amount of implicit information on chat-oriented and task-oriented dialogue. Then, the collected implicit information was manually clustered by multiple working groups in order to construct a taxonomy. We evaluated the taxonomy on the basis of inter-annotator agreement. We also discuss the difference of implicit information between chat-oriented and task-oriented dialogue and the correspondence of our taxonomy to the implicit information in conventional dialogue theories.
