• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本研究は，従業員がつぶやく話題と，残業意欲の関連性を明らかにすることで，意欲の低い残業を把握することを目的とする．我々は，従業員の意欲，残業時間，つぶやきの 3 つがそろったデータ収集に成功した．このデータに基づき企業内つぶやきシステムでつぶやかれたデータから LDA を用いて話題を抽出し，その話題毎に残業時間と本人表明の意欲の影響を分析した．その結果，性質の異なる 2 種類の残業があることを明らかにした．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: We clarify the relation between topics of tweets and employee's willingness on overtime work. The unwilling overtime work of employee are undesirable for employees themselves and their companies. We succeeded in collecting the sets of three kinds of data, which are work willingness of employees, their overtime hour, and their tweets. In this paper, the topics of tweets are extracted using LDA and the topics are analyzed with respect to the relations between the employee willingness to work and their overtime using the two way analysis of variance. As the results, the topics of tweets can characterize the two types of the overtime work.
