• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: リチャード・ルイス氏はグローバル企業のライフサイクルと企業文化についての興味深いモデルを提案しているが，そのモデルに基づき日本のグローバル企業における文書管理の問題とそれに関連するグローバル人材育成について検討した内容を紹介する．彼のモデルによると，グローバル企業といえども生み出した国の文化が色濃く反映される．本報告では，以前フィードバック理論の考え方を用いて考察した欧米と日本の企業文書管理の問題をルイス氏のモデルに基づき再評価すると共に，最近検討しているグローバルな起業家人材の育成についても企業文化を考慮した新たな視点で分析を試みる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Sir Richard Lewis has proposed an interesting model for global companies including the life cycle and corporate culture. Based on the model, global human resource development and the associated problem of document management in the Japanese global companies have been discussed. According to Lewis's model, even global companies are strongly influenced by their original nation state cultures. In this paper, along with the re-evaluation based on the Lewis's model, document management issues of the difference between the Western and Japanese corporate which were discussed using the concept of feedback theory. Finally, we consider global entrepreneurial human resource development with a related view of global corporate cultures.
