This report proposes an indoor mobility simulator to facilitate early validations of ambient assisted living (AAL) systems. It learns life-logs of real people, and generates a graph structure to represent their life interests accordingly. These graphs are assigned to agents in the simulation to guide their movements in different setted environments. The proposed simulator is not only scale-free to simulate movements of a large number of people based on a limited number of real life-logs, but also adaptive and flexible to simulate their movements in different environment arrangements and unexpected situations. Evaluations have validated that it is able to synthesize indoor movements with high correlativity to real scenarios, e.g., correlation coefficients of activity frequencies and durations between synthetic and real movements are larger than 0.8 at different time of a day. |
