• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 2016 年 1 月より開始された番号制度が開始され，行政機関が運営効率化を目的とした情報管理により，国民への利便性を向上することで，番号制度の利用範囲と制限がなされていたが，2018 年度からオンライン資格確認の基盤も活用して医療等分野における番号の段階的運用を開始し，2020 年までに本格運用を実施する事を決定した．実際に導入された場合に関して各種医療機関が患者の個人情報，医療情報といったセンシティブな情報管理運営がより一層厳しくなることは明確なったが，情報漏えいや不正アクセスといったリスクシミュレーションがなされていないのも事実である．本件は，医療等分野における番号制度の利活用に歯科医療領域からの問題点を指摘し，その提言を述べる一考察をする．

This case, and pointed out the problems from the dental area to utilization of the number system in the medical field and the like, the study described the recommendations.
