• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 現状、本学では、学生が使用できる履修登録システムは存在しない。そのため、学生が履修申請書に手書きで必要項目を正しく記入する手間と、受付で待ち行列が発生する。また、学務課においては、本学学生700名弱の記入チェックと情報システムへの入力作業が負荷となっている。そこで、上記の問題を解決すべく、4年生の卒業制作において学生のための履修登録システムを開発した。新情報システムでは、入力画面を時間割表形式に設計することにより、ユーザインタフェースの使い勝手の向上に注力した。これにより、紙媒体による手続きから解放される利得として、記入チェックの負荷と待ち行列の解消を獲得し、更に学生の「自宅から履修登録を行いたい」という要望も実現することが可能となる。次年度においては、その完成した情報システムを15コマで制作できるように、プログラミング演習形式のシステム開発科目として編成した。その結果、15コマ終了後の授業アンケートにおいて、「情報システムをより理解できた」学生が増えた。これにより、有効な教育手法を開発できたといえるため報告する。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: At present, our university lacks a course registration system for student use. This inconveniences students, who must properly fill out the necessary items on their course applications by hand, and leads to long lines at the registrar's office. Additionally, the task of checking the forms of almost 700 of our university's students and inputting their information into the system has become a burden for the Academic Affairs Division.Hence, to solve these problems, we have developed a student-oriented course registration system for our senior year graduation project. In designing the new system with an input screen in a timetable format, our focus has been on improving the usability of the user interface. In doing so, both staff and students benefit from this liberation from paperwork, as we have eliminated the burden of checking the forms and waiting in lines. Moreover, it is now possible to accommodate the desires of students who "want to register for courses from home." In the subsequent academic year, we organized a series of programming exercises in a systems development course that enables students to produce a completed information system over 15 sessions. This has resulted in an increase among students responding that they "now understand information systems better" on a class questionnaire at the end of the 15 sessions. Based on this, we report on having succeeded in developing an effective teaching method.
