• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 人工知能の研究が加速しており，人類の暮らしを革新的に変化させる日が近づいている．今後多くの企業が，人工知能を用いた事業展開を図るのではないかと考える．ソフトフェアがソフトフェアを，機械が機械を製造・発明する時代となっていくと予測する．世間では 「シンギュラリティ （技術的特異点）」 と呼ばれており，未来学者であるレイ・カーツワイルさん等が，コンピュータ技術や生命科学などの進歩・発展により 2045 年頃に，これまでの世界とは全く異なる世界がやってくると予測している．反対に，理論物理学者のスティーブン・ホーキング博士等はやがて全ての人間の雇用を奪うのではないかと警鐘を鳴らしている．そのような時代になった際，現在の知的財産権法では対処しきれない問題が浮かびあがる．過去の事例と未来の予測を軸にし，自然人以外が発明を行なったら知的財産権はどこに帰属されるのかなどに焦点をあて，研究を進めている．
