超高齢社会における様々な地域課題に対応するには，資格や役割を持った市民 （これらを C+ を呼ぶ）が，地域就労を含む様々な地域活動に主体的に参加 （エンゲージメント） することが必要である．このためには，活動主体となる市民や専門士の参加動機などの心理面を重視し，時間や地理的制約などを配慮して 「プレイヤーセントリック」 にデザインすることが必要である．本稿では，オランダのビュートゾルフや市川市のキャリア介護システムなどを紹介し，こうした活動や活動を支える ICT システムが持つべき要件について述べる． |

In order to cope with various regional issues in super-aged society, it is necessary that citizens with qualifications and/or roles proactively participate in various community activities, including regional employment. To promote engagement of these citizens(C+), it is necessary to design these activities and supporting ICT systems(C+ systems) in “player centric” with care consideration to their psychological aspects and their time/regional constrains. In this paper, we describe some reference cases of C+ systems such as “Buurtzorg” in Netherlands, Career Care System in Ichikawa City, and discuss about the requirements of C+ systems. |
