スマートフォン （スマホ） 使用者の急速な増加に伴って表出した多様な問題の解決を目指す 1 つの試みとして，効果的な健康教育プログラムを立案するために用いるプリシード・プロシードモデル （PP モデル） の枠組みを応用することを提案する．この PP モデルのニーズ・アセスメントを実施する前段階に相当する小規模なパイロット調査の結果を報告し，ここから PP モデルの第 1 段階の社会アセスメント，第 2 段階の疫学アセスメントに関する要因を抽出する．さらに社会アセスメントに関し，スマホに代表される多様な情報端末を利用する対象者の生活の質 （QOL） を調査するためには，WHO の QOL に関する評価項目 (WHOQOL) の修正と新たな評価の軸が必要であることを指摘する． |

As the number of the smartphone users rapidly increases, various problems about using smartphones have been recognized. In order to address these problems, the Precede-Proceed Model(PP Model), which was originally built to provide health promotion planning and evaluation, was employed in the field of behavior related to smartphones. A preliminary survey concerning the effects of using smartphones on female university students' life was conducted, which corresponded to the needs assessment phase of the PP Model. After reporting the results of the survey, the factors concerning the assessments of social factors and epidemiological factors were extracted. As for the assessment of social factors, in order to measure the quality of life of young people in the field of behavior related to smartphones, the modification of the facets of the WHO Quality of Life (WHOQOL) instrument and the addition of a new axis to the instrument are suggested. |
