• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 業務システムヘの投入業務においては，投入者の習熟度によらず正確かつ迅速な投入を行うための適切な支援手法が必要である．しかしながら既存の支援手法では，投入方法に変更が生じたり，業務エリアごとに投入方法が異なったりすることで十分な投入支援を行えていない．加えて，マニュアルにおいては投入者が必要な支援情報をすばやく参照できないことも多い．本検討ではこの課題を解決するため，業務エリアごとに異なる支援情報を利用でき，過去の投入結果から支援情報を抽出可能な投入支援手法を提案する．また支援情報の提示手法としては投入者に必要だと思われるもののみを提示する方法をとり，従来手法における課題が解決された新たな投入支援手法として，その有効性を検証する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In tasks of data entry into operation support systems, operators often need system manipulation aid methods (e.g. instruction manuals), particularly when they are not familiar with the systems. However, present manipulation aid methods are insufficient as they cannot comprehensively include contents for supporting the operational difference among districts and follow change of system manipulation due to onerous procedure for updating contents in such manipulation aid methods. Moreover, particularly in instruction manuals, operators cannot easily find necessary instructions. For solving these problems of the present manipulation aid methods, a new method for supporting operators' manipulation of operation support systems is suggested in this study, which can run on a client-side, extracts manipulation rules from operation history data, and show the rules each operator needs.
