• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: ICT に関する最先端の技術の応用手段の一つとして農業が注目されている．アジア諸国でも，インターネットやモバイルの利用を中心とした農業支援が進んでいる．ミャンマーでも民主化後，急速に ICT インフラ構築，インターネットやスマートフォンの普及が進んでいるが，段階的発展を遂げて来た日本とは異なる形で技術の応用が進む可能性がある．ICT は単なるツールではなく，生活に結びつけられる社会基盤技術として捉える必要があり，変化の速度に応じた社会的受容過程を分析することが重要である．付加価値連鎖の各過程について日本を中心とした各国での ICT の農業応用事例に基き，ミャンマーの習慣，文化，社会的受容性の進展に即した適用可能性，新たなイノベーションの可能性について評価する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Agriculture has been attracting attention as one the way to apply the most advanced technology of ICT. Even in Asian countries, agriculture support by using mobile phone and internet is progressing. In Myanmar, CT infrastructure is progressing and the penetration rate of smart phone and the internet is rapidly growing after democratization. But there is a possibility that the applying the technical advances different from Japanese style. ICT should not be just a toot but a social infrastructure technology, which is linking with our life. It is important to analyze the social acceptable process according to the speed of the change. In this paper, we are trying to evaluate the potential of an innovation and a possibility of application conforming to the Myanmar culture and the progress of social acceptability. It is based on the agricultural application examples of ICT concerns with the each course of the value-chain in Japan and other Asian countries.
