• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 2014 年，第 36 回データ保護・プライバシーコミッショナー会議の開催地であるモーリシャスは，初のアフリカ開催国であるが，同会議の開催国であったイスラエルやウルグアイのその後の展開に鑑みると，欧州からの十分性認定，欧州評議会第 108 条約への加盟など，データ保護の国際的なコミュニティにおいて受け入れられていく見込みが高い．そこで，本発表ではモーリシャスデータ保護法を分析し，我が国個人情報保護制度への示唆を得る．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In 2014, The 36th International Conference of Data Protection and Privacy Commissioners was held in Mauritius. It was the first conference held in Africa, and Mauritius is expected as a future member of adequate country by European Commission and as a member of Convention 108 of Council of Europe. This study analyses The Data Protection Act 2004 in Mauritius and reads some implications to Data Protection Regime in Japan.
