• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 官民が保有する住民並びに公共施設等に関する社会情報を利活用することにより，公共機関の住民便益向上，コスト削減を支援するサービスは，今後の大きな IT 適用領域に繋がる可能性がある．本報告では，公共機関の一例として水道局を取り上げ，その事業計画管理を支援する情報利活用サービスである満足度管理，リスク管理，インフラ関連系管理，資産管理を考案した．今後は，事業者により有用と判断された満足度管理等の技術開発を進めながらサービスの修正，追加を行う．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: IT services which improve the public sector service quality and reduce costs utilizing social information about citizens and public assets are supposed to become one of large IT application domains. In this paper, IT services supporting business plan management are proposed for water utilities as an example of the public sector. They are customer satisfaction management, risk management, inter-infrastructure management, and asset management. The services evaluated positively by water utilities such as customer satisfaction management are going to be developed, and other proposals are going to be improved and produced.
