• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本研究の目的は，映像中の特定の動作の検索である．本研究では、MPEG－1 形式でエンコードされた野球の試合の映像中の動き補償ベクトル情報のみを利用する．これを 1 次元に投影することで時空画像を作成する．そして、検索対象となる動画から得た時空画像と検索の基準とする時空画像 (以下、テンプレートと記述) とで相関と絶対値差の両方を得る．相関結果と絶対値差結果に閾値を設定し、条件を満たしたフレームを投球シーンとみなすことで、特例のプレイを検索する、また、相関結果と絶対値差結果の両方が閾値条件を満たしたフレームを投球シーンと見なす検索も行う．方式および試験結果を示す．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: This paper proposes the method to find the similar motion from video. The method uses only motion compensation vector information extracted from the MPEG-1 encoded video. And the method finds the similar motion in the baseball video. The method creates the space-time map from motion compensation vector information. The space-time map is a thing one-dimensional compressed based on the line information and row information. The method compares template picture and space-time map by absolute difference and correlation to find the similar motion.
