• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 学校広報に対する一般社会人の意識を把握するため，オンライン調査を実施し計 2065 件の有効回答を得た．調査質問群は全 11 問合計 108 項目である．学校広報に対する情報充足度では 2008 年調査とほぼ同様ネガティブな回答の方が多かった．回答者属性を元に分析した結果，第 1 子学年では就学児童生徒の保護者が，性別では女性が，ICT 利用属性では携帯電話利用者が，より紙文書を志向する傾向が強かった．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: This article reports an online survey for describing civic attitude toward school public relations activities. The questionnaire was composed by 11 questions and 108 items, and 2065 valid responses were obtained. The item for asking degree of satisfaction toward school public relations shows negative tendency as same as the survey in 2008. Since data analyzed by attribution, respondents that parents have school kids, women and non-smartphone users preferred paper items than online contents.
