• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 管理者とボランティアの間のスムーズなコミュニケーションの実現および若年層にボランティア活動を広めたいという地域の社会福祉協議会の要望を受け，地域密着型ボランティア活動支援システムの開発を平成 16 年度から行った．この概要を述べるとともに，若年層のボランティアへの意識向上のためにこのようなシステムを利用することができること，そして若年層にボランティア活動を広め登録者数を増やしたこと，および若年層が本システムを使用した後のアンケート結果について述べ，今後このようなシステムを運用する上で重要と思われるポイントについて述べる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: We have developed an online local community system for volunteer informationproviding since 2004. Using our system, people are able to find out what kind of event and how to volunteer at the event and register from their mobilephone or computer easily. Administrator also uploads new information aboutevent or for recruiting volunteers. In this paper, we report that this kind of system isuseful for raising young people’s awareness of volunteer activities, the number of users increased and the result of the questionnaire as well as the system overview.
