表記誤りについて考えさせるコンテンツGOTEICHO(ご丁重,ご低調)The content that enhances users to think about “low tone” and “politeness” - GOTEICHO -jpnhttp://id.nii.ac.jp/1001/00145351/Technical Reporthttps://ipsj.ixsq.nii.ac.jp/ej/?action=repository_action_common_download&item_id=145384&item_no=1&attribute_id=1&file_no=1Copyright (c) 2015 by the Information Processing Society of Japan青山学院大学社会情報学部伊藤, 一成日本語は,多くの同音異義語が存在するのが特徴である.人名や組織名等々の同音異義語を表記してしまった為に他者や他組織に不快な感情を与えたり,時に誤った情報を発信する結果となり迷惑をかけてしまう場合がある.また SNS のように気軽に書き込めるというメディアの特性が,表記誤りを加速してしまっている現状は何らかの対策を講じる必要があると考える.一方,表記誤りはヒューマンエラーの代表例であり,無下にそれを注意したり非難する対処法では,問題解決に直結しない.日常利用の中で気づきを継続的に与えていくのが望ましいと考えている.そこで 「ご丁重」 と 「ご低調」 のメタファに基づき,自律的に各人が表記誤りに関する事象について考えることを促すコンテンツ GOTEICHO を制作した.One of the characteristics of Japanese is it has lots of homonyms. Hence, one tends to make a misspell homonyms and gives uncomforted feelings to others or other organizations, sometimes raises troubles because one spreads wrong information by SNS or so. On the other hand, wrong input is one of major human erroneous. So warning or blaming squarely is not good way to solve this type of problems. Then, it is desirable to give awareness continuously against unintentional in daily use.
