Each dimensional component of SBM represents a specific acoustic space in the frequency domain. While the conventional GMM-based methods perform the conversion from a fixed narrowband data, the proposed method can extend a speech data with an arbitrary bandwidth to that with the target bandwidth. In the proposed method, a GMM is trained with SBM parameters extracted from wideband spectra in advance. An input signal with a narrow bandwidth is converted into a target wideband signal by converting low-band SBM components of the input signal into high-band SBM components. The results of objective and subjective evaluations indicate that the proposed method aheive BWE robustly.AN10438388研究報告音楽情報科学(MUS)2014-MUS-10359162014-05-172014-05-15
