In order to create easily readable transcripts from automatic speech recognition results, it is necessary to transform verbatim speech into a more appropriate written form. This paper proposes a system to correct these spoken-language phenomena based on the framework of statistical machine translation. A number of potentially useful features are proposed, and combined in a log-linear framework. The system was implemented using weighted finite state transducers (WFSTs), allowing for easy integration with WFST-based speech recognition engines. In an evaluation on a corpus from the National Diet (Congress) of Japan, the proposed system showed a large increase in accuracy over a rulebased baseline and simple statistical systems.AN10442647研究報告音声言語情報処理(SLP)2009-SLP-7721162009-07-102009-08-19
